The building is fully accessible, with level access throughout the foyer, gallery, main auditorium and performance space.

Where there are stairs – connecting the backstage and dressing room areas to the main stage – a wheelchair lift is available for use. Staff will operate this for you if requested.

Toilet facilities

There is an accessible toilets available. This is situated between the auditorium and the main entrance and also provides modest baby care facilities.

We’re pleased to offer registered carers £10 off tickets for all shows. To claim your discount, simply let us know when booking by calling our box office.

Hearing impaired people

The main auditorium does not have an induction loop.

Guide and assistance dogs are welcome. Water can be provided for them if requested.

Parking

Parking spaces for blue badge holders are available at the front of the arts centre.
