How do you know I am a member?
When you buy the membership while logged into our ticketing site, the site will recognise you afterwards as a member. So as long as you are logged into the same account you bought the membership with then the discounts will apply. If you lose your details, please get in touch with marketing@minsteadtrust.org.uk for a password reset. You can also buy the membership in person at the box office.
How are tickets discounted?
We apply the 10% discount to all tickets in a member’s basket for certain shows, which are chosen at the manager’s discretion when they first list the show.
The 10% discount also applies to the show’s booking fees.
How do I know the booking fees are discounted?
In your cart, you will see that 50p is taken off each ticket, rather than off the booking fee. This is just a quirk of the system and gives you the same discount amount.

How do I redeem my free hot drink?
Just show your membership card to the cafe server.
Please note, free drinks are not available for evening or weekend performances.
Is there a membership card?
Yes, there is. You can collect your card from the box office at Hanger Farm.
How long does my membership last?
For 12 months from the date of purchase. You will recieve a reminder to renew about a month before expiry.
I have a membership query - who do I contact?
Email us at marketing@minsteadtrust.org.uk and we will reply within two days, and usually quicker!
