Front of House team member:
Friendly, cheerful and dynamic, our Front of House role requires someone who really enjoys engaging with the general public, meeting new people and has strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include:
Welcoming visitors to the venue
Working behind the bar
Collecting tickets
Showing visitors to their seats
Supporting community groups

We’re looking for warm, welcoming volunteers to join our daytime coffee shop team at Hanger Farm.
This isn’t just about serving coffee – it’s about making a difference. You’ll be working alongside our amazing apprentices, helping them grow in confidence, learn new skills, and shine in a real working environment.
Whether you’re wiping down tables or chatting with customers, you’ll be playing a vital part in their journey towards independence.
