One moment you’re having a picnic on a day as frabjous as this one, and then all of a sudden everything is quite peculiar…with a menagerie of talking animals, sassy scenery, and plenty of tea. Follow Alice down the rabbit hole as she meets all the iconic characters, from the White Rabbit to the Mad Hatter, the Cheshire Cat to the Queen of Hearts – but watch out for the Jabberwock.
Returning to Furzey Gardens for the fourth consecutive year, SUP Theatre Company brings you a wondrous and fast paced adaptation of Lewis Carroll’s classic tale of Alice in Wonderland, which has been specially written for performance at Furzey.
Come and experience this classic tale with a unique spin. Immersive and full of movement and mis-direction, you will journey with our young poet into a world where nothing is quite what it seems, and where everyone and everything seems a bit mad. So grab your rabbit ears (and a scotch egg) and prepare for a picnic like no other.
